How to place an Order ?

Placing orders is very simple and easy process.

1. Browse the product(s) on our website.

2. Click the "Buy" button on the right side. The product is added to the shopping cart. Click "Continue Shopping" button on the left side to add all the products that you like to the shopping cart.

3. After you have selected all the products, click "Proceed to checkout" on the right side. 

4. If you are shopping for the first time with us - Click "New User ? Register" link on the top right side. Fill in all your details and click "Register"

5. If you have already registered on our website, then please enter your email Id and password that you have used for registration. Click "Login" button.

6. Enter your shipping address, billing address and special instructions (If any). Click "Continue".

7. Order review and make payment page comes. Please check your details. If you have received a discount voucher from us, Please enter in the field - "Enter the promotion code". At the bottom of the page, select the payment method - Credit card/ Debit card / NetBanking. Click "Proceed with payment".

8. Payment page comes with all your details filled. The amount of your order is displayed on the top of the page. At the bottom of page, Fill your card/Netbanking details and click "Submit". 

9. After completing the payments, you will get an order confirmation mail on the mail Id provided to Janta King during the checkout process. Post that items are shipped by janta King and delivered to your door steps.

Changing & Cancelling Orders

We provide best value to the customers where we keep our margins very thin. Therefore customers get most items on SALE every time they visit our store. We keep refreshing our store with new stocks as our customers appreciate variety. So, we do not accept cancelling/changing of the orders. In exceptional cases, If the orders have not been shipped, then after confirmation from Janta King's customer care, they can be cancelled at the charges (6%) as incurred by Janta King for cancelled orders levied by payment gateway.

Store products

All products at Janta King are in new condition. We take outmost precaution in handling all the products at the warehouse so that they reach you in neat and bright condition. Except that some products which are lighter in color catch dust fast and sometimes catch dust at manufacturers place.
