How do i make payments for a purchase on Janta King?
JantaKing offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card (including American Express) & Net Banking. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. JantaKing and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
Are there any hidden charges when i make a purchase on JantaKing?
There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with JantaKing. All charges (shipping etc if any) are displayed upfront on the purchase page. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.
How do i pay using the credit/debit card and is it Safe?
We accept VISA, Diners club and AmEx cards - only Indian cards are supported and not International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. What do i do in case the product purchased is defective?
Our quality team takes precautions to review each product before shipping. But, in exceptional cases, if you receive a product which is defective, Our exchange policy puts you to ease. If an item purchased by you is defective, You can exchange the item within 3 days of receipt for an exchange of the item purchased. The only exceptions are items that even you wouldn’t probably want to exchange if someone else used them like inner wears etc. We will send you a new product at our cost.
Please note the following terms for the exchange:
1. All exchange must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
2. The goods being returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Packing your items safely would help prevent damage or theft during transit.
3. Please take care while receiving the packages and do not accept any open/damaged parcels and inform JantaKing immediately.
What can I exchange?
If an item purchased by you is defective and endorsed for the defect by the JantaKing quality team, then the product can be exchanged. But, for exchange, we do need items back unused and unwashed, with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. Do ensure that your product trial does not affect/spoil the original condition of the products in any way. Trying on your apparel indoors helps preventing any damages.
Package Reciept
JantaKing team checks all orders before dispatch and the orders are sent in one courier packet. So, all items of the order will be shipped together unless explicitly informed by the Customer care. All our packets are sealed. The customer should take care to check the contents of the packet and not accept any packet if a product is missing from the packet. They should inform the customer care immediately and not receive the packet from the courier person at any cost unless agreed by the customer care. So, please do not accept any packet with missing contents without informing us otherwise we may not be able to help you.
How do I put up a exchange request to Janta King?
Exchange is only avilable for the defects verified and endorsed by JantaKing Customer Care. It is very simple
Step 1: Email our Customer Support at reachus@jantaking.com to place your exchange request providing your order invoice number and the defect in the product.
Step 2: Our executive will reply or call you back with the acknowledgement of your exchange request and also provide you with a Exchange request ID.
Step 3: After guiding you through the process, our Customer Support Executive help you with shipment of your product back to us. In most cases, we do arrange for the pickup of the shipments from your door back to us. In exceptional cases, we may advice you to ship the shipments to us and we take care of the shipment cost. Please wait for the customer care to suggest the shipping process and follow the same. If for some reason, you do not get the acknowledgement of exchange request email with Exchange request ID with in 24 hours. Please call customer care.
Step 3: Please fill out the Exchange Request Form provided by customer care and attach to the package without spoiling the product or its packing. The form serves to ensure that all required information is captured to help us process your exchanges faster. Please mention the product defect clearly.
Step 3: Put the Exchange Form, your order invoice and the item(s) you wish to exchange inside the return packet. Seal the package. Print/inscribe the shipping address on the package and self - ship it.
Step 4: Customer care will update you on the receipt of order.

How long will the entire process take?
Allow for about 3-7 days for your shipments to reach to Janta King. We have seen that it may take up to 10-15 days for us to receive your shipments depending on the shipping conditions and your location.
From the time that we receive your package, we shall process your exchange in 2 to 25 days. Again, this is time where we procure the new product again from the vendor if we do not have the stock available in our warehouse. Please be patient and we will keep you updated of the progress and if any delays are involved.
Do I get charged for exchanging defective products?
No! We do not charge anything for exchanging the defective products and take care of all charges incurred.
How do I know if you have received my returned goods?
We’ll send you an acknowledgement as soon as we receive your packges at our Exchange Processing facility.
How will I get the new product?
Once we have processed your exchange, we will be shipping the item again to you and inform you about the same.
Late or Missing Exchanges: What in case of a missing exchange?
If you have received the Exchange package reciept acknowledgement from the returns desk and more than 25 days have passed and not received your returns, please call customer care with your Exchange request number.
